Wary after reading some of the reviews about Mijita I found myself at the Ferry Plaza ready to try it out anyway. The guacamole was thick and fresh, the tortilla chips prepared the same way as those I've had them in rural Mexico, and the agua fresca I ordered sweet and delicious. The Tacos that I ate were warm, however, I noted that cold salsa was added on top. I enoyed the combination but would recommend salsa on the side if you want a piping hot meal. The staff was extremely friendly and the kitchen manager even came over to assist me in selecting my items when she saw me staring undecided at the menu. Great prices too.
