This was one of the finest restaurant experiences I have ever had. Service beyond imagination, in elegant, beautifully thought-out surroundings, as well as ethereal food. We had a four-course meal that included a celery root salad with apple gelee and a paper-thin slice of Granny Smith apple. Magnificent. a ""Duo of Beef"" in red wine which I found dee-lish but salty. The Roasted Black Bass w/ basil-tomato compote fennel and orange glaze was the highlight for me. Simply awesome. Save up and go for a special occasion, or invent one. You'll never have a more heavenly evening.
