Costal Kitchen is fabulous! I go for breakfast on a regular basis (best in Seattle) and have dinner there at least four times a year (each time they rotate their menu). The food is very tasty and the service is most attentive. My favorite aspect of dining their is the art! They change it quarterly with the menu. And the language lessons in the restroom are to die for! As a rule Capitol Hill doesn't have that much to offer, Coastal Kitchen is undoubtedly the exception!
