Perhaps the chef was having a bad evening, but on the recommendation of some friends, we tried Ibiza for dinner in mid-July. The salmon was undercooked and a little slimy, and my cornish hen was microscopic and overcooked. The accompanying vegetables were too far on this side of al dente, barely passed over a flame. We should have complained to management but we didn't. Perhaps we'll give them another chance during a lunch.
