This place is a gem! In addition to having really swell dim sum, Sun Ya has incredible live fish and the best service in Chinatown! A team of highly professional, very nurturing waiters will take care of you all evening. Ask your server to escort you to the fish tanks and suggest something delicious! I highly suggest that you try the Geoduck (giant Northwest clam). It comes in two courses; salt and pepper with deep fried tofu and poached on a bed of steamed bean sprouts. The lobster is also to die for. Try course one as sashimi and the main course steamed and fried in ginger and scallions. Sometimes they have exotic live crabs flown in from different parts of the world. They also have eel, turtle and fabulous live steamed shrimp! Enjoy this best kept dinner secret. Great bar to boot!
