One would think that a place like ESPN Zone is where you take a big group. Yet, they can't accommodate our group of 10. I came back to Chicago to visit my friends and family and needed a place that is fun and can handle crowd. I chose ESPN Zone and what a mistake! It didn't allow me to make a reservation, so we ended up waiting for an hour. There was finally 2 adjacent tables opened up, yet the wait staff refused to put the tables together (guess for tipping reason.) These are friends that I haven't seen for a year, and we had to sit separately.
We wanted to play the games afterward, and ended up spending way too much. The games were $2-3 each. We could have gone to Dave and Buster, have similar food, and pay less for games. No more ESPN Zone for me.
