I've visited nearly every, so called ""Irish Pub"" in San Francisco, but I feel, O' REILLY'S is the only TRUE IRISH PUB!!
The ambiance was warm and traditional, and the wait staff were professional, and IRISH!!
The GUINESS was COLD, & perfectly poured, and the variety of beers on tap, and various IRISH WHISKEYS, was overwhelming!
The traditional IRISH BREAKFAST was very delicious, and reasonably priced.
I was impressed by the owner (Myles O' Reilly) being on the premises, acting as the congenial host, and assuring that things ran smoothly.
This is definately ""The Place"" for the True Irish Atmosphere, and it certainly must be the place to be for traditional St. Paddy's Day Festivities!!
There's was even a ""huge"" Irish Wolfhound, mascot, ""patrolling"" the area!
Happy Hour was just starting, but unfortunately we had to leave, and miss the ""fun times"" that we're sure followed!.......Cheers'
