This was my second visit to Ibiza and as before it was fantastic. THe owner/chef really has a flare for fine cuisine and puts his heart into every plate. THe pecan crusted tuna is supurb and I HIGHLY recomend the bread puding for desert. And I don't evevn really care for bread puding...until now. THe creme brulee is also another fine treat. I read some of the previos reviews of this establi9shment and they were not very good. But being a member of the service indusry myself I can tell you that it takes a while for each new restaurant to tie up loose ends and become a fine working machine. I know for a fact that some of Houston's finest waitstaff now reside at Ibiza. A good staff can make or brake your business. So, Ibiza now has great food and a great staff. Good work!
