Dined at Jianna Last week and although I've always found it to be a superior restaurant, they surpassed themselves on my latest visit. We shared oysters Jianna (one of my favorites), and they were excellent. The salty crispness of the caviar provides a nice contrast to the soft, rich flavor of the oyster itself. The salad was crisp and fresh and was not drowned in dressing. My entre, (pork tenderloin) was tender, offered interesting and complex flavors and was thoroughly enjoyable. Service was prompt and friendly and the waiter offered very good advice on wine selection. Jianna had a management change last year and the result has been to improve an already fine dining experience.
Pros: Excellent Food, Friendly Service, Good Value
Cons: Menu a bit limited
