careful, even though we 'reserved"" a room 3 months in advance, when we got there at 11pm with two little children, there was no room at the inn. They told us they did NOT HAVE to honor our reservation.---TN Law they said.
( 2 days later we were able to get our room)
Beautiful Hotel/still worth the experience
Pros: beautiful, convenience/conventio, free parking
Cons: crowded, not enough bellhops, long line @checkin
