I was in the Celtic Tavern recently, on a Sunday night.
Here's a few helpful hints:
1) No Guinness? Shameful.
2) When pouring a stout, there's really no rush; anyone that drinks stout knows this.
3) Referring to # 2, NEVER send a pint of stout to a customer with 2"" of foam sitting on top. You can imagine how customers might feel paying $4.50 for a ""pint"" when all they get is 14 ounces (or less). FILL THE BLOODY JAR!
My experience was only so-so; this was a Sunday night - I could count the number of customers on two hands, so ""we're busy"" is not an excuse. (What is the service like when you ARE busy)?
Pros: IT, WASN'T, BUSY
Cons: FILL, THE, JAR
