I used to think that the abusive behavior of the sales staff was out wieghed by the teriffic shoes. No more! I tried to return a $150 pair of shoes that I could not get my foot into when I put them on the staff obviously gave me the wrong size to take. Imelda's would do nothing. Not even a fair exchange! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!
