I brought a bag in with a torn Zipper and was told that no one could repair it, The woman said that it would cost $100 to replace the zipper and that I would be better off buying a new Bag. The rolling Bag is not that old and cost me $250. After walking out I went to Brett's Luggage downtown, They did an excellent repair for $25 and if I did have to replace the zipper, it would have only cost me $60.
