We spent New Year's Eve at Mortons. Waiter was friendly & professional. Stake & lobster was very good. To run out of mashed potato would be OK in an avereage restaurant not in one that rates itself exquisite. The baked potato they brought must've been under the warming light all day... Worst of all, 15 minutes!! after midnight the crew started to disassemble the place around us: folding up tables, chairs & collecting balloons while we were trying to ""enjoy"" our desert. (we sat in one of those small rooms.) Mind you, the place is open till 1 AM. I found this distastful, disrespectful, and VERY unprofessional. Seems like spending $160 for 2 didn't make us ""Key Customers""... Never want to go back. ps. hope the manager reads this ratings. I didn't complain there, I didn't want them to think I want a free lunch...
