My first visit to Billy's was terrible. A friend wasn't able to come in due to a clipped license without papers (although it was because he was turning 25.) The bouncers were rude and made fun of him, he came back with his valid passport and they turned him away because they ""felt like it."" They got a big kick out of it. I'll never go back.
