I was totally disappointed with the service, like usual, tonight. I adore the cuisine that Anotherthyme has to offer and for that I sacrifice good service everytime I dine. I find that I do not even want to invite friends to dine with me unless they too understand the complex realtionship of delectible food and poor service. Tonight was horrible. We had a reservation and still waited at the bar for atleast a half hour. The bartender seemed told myself and my guests that we had to wait for our drinks which ended up being 10 minutes for two beers and a cape cod. When finally seated again we waited for service. Our frazzeled waitress arrived and seemed to be in limbo the whole time. I left disappointed and will not be back to dine in. I guess it has come to the point of take-out from now on.
Pros: excellent menu, reasonable prices, great music
Cons: unexperienced staff, long waits, no VIP customer care
