These guys know their BBQ. Slow smoked, slow cooked, wood fired flavor, no liquid smoke here. Next time you are in there ask them to show you their smoker. They seem to loved to show it off. There are no substitutes for time and tender loving care. Quality and quantity. A full rack of ribs will feed a family of four for the winter. They call it a St. Louis style rib. All I know is they are meaty, tender and put to shame the pressure cooked/boiled mini ribs most restaurants pass off as BBQ. There is not space to talk about the rest of the menu but it is just as good. Chicken, Brisket to die for and a pork sandwich that you will crave everyday for lunch. As you can tell I eat there frequently.
Pros: Great food, great price, great people
Cons: to much food
