This is an excellent family restaurant. If you want authentic Italian cuisine instead of reheated frozen army surplus food like Olive Garden, go to Caruso's. The pizza is delicious, the garlic toast is magnificent, and the lasagna is simply the best. For memorable outdoor dining, ask to be seated on the back patio. There is no comparison. Caruso's Restaurant has the best Italian food in Tucson.
