I have heard many good things about this restaurant and my experience threw them all out the window. It took over three hours for 6 of us to order, eat and then receive dessert options. We waited 20 minutes before ever seeing a menu. Our waiter was actually the host and he spent more time socializing then serving. The food was expensive and came in small portions. While we waited to pay our bill, we listened to the many complaints coming from other tables. There's your ambience! Save you money and treat your tastebuds; go to Ruggles.
