I visited Kamehachi last week, and was pleased to enjoy wonderfully fresh fish (the sake especially was delicious and the tai was beautiful) and other high quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the presentation was awful. My sashimi plate was portioned generously, but consisted of sad little wads of fish in a nest of wet daikon. The maki were carelessly made, and the rice/ filling ratio leaned too heavily towards the rice. Decor was very nice, and service good though.
