A friendly guy on the phone said the wait was shortening from an hour, but when we got there it had surprisingly increased to 1.5 hours or more! We decided to chance it since the food passing by looked and smelled great. Unfortunately, they must have been shipping those dishes out to another restaurant because they resembled nothing we got. Only one of six steaks was cooked properly, all approached shoe-leather toughness, and one of my friends got the wrong dish; they explained it was because they had run out of prime rib and thought this would be a good substitute -- but never thought to ask?!! At least the servers and manager were very friendly about it, and decided to comp the food. But even that can't comp for a Saturday night that turns into a major disappointment.
