Start with the attentive couple/owners (who are ALWAYS there), add a range of flavorful dishes prepared with interesting spices and herbs, stir in fast service, and finish with incredibly low, low prices --- and you have the recipe for an amazing restaurant, CHENG HENG. I was fortunate to visit Cheng Heng during the first week they were opened (five years ago?) and I consistently get there at least once a week. My ""usual"" is Tam Yam Soup w/ Shrimp + Spring Rolls.
