In response to the complaints regarding the ""Lucy"" in front of Billy's on Grand, I would like to point out that Lucy is holding ROOTBEER, which is clearly printed on the side of each of her mugs. I would also like to point out that Billy's did not design the statue, so I highly doubt this is an advertising ploy, nor is it a promotion for alcoholism or drinking and driving.
