I made a reservation 2 months in advance at the Westin, and called to cancel it one month in advance. Apparently I had purchased a ""non-refundable"" reservation, and the *minute* I called to cancel it they sent the paperwork through to process my credit card.
I told them I did not want the reservation yet they refused to cancel it. I eventually gave away the reservation to a homeless charity.
I have not even been to the hotel yet and already I hate it.
