The pintxos (tapas) are an amazing taste sensation from a chef who is very creative and who will soon have a ""txoko"" (a little corner where gastromomic societies meet) that will allow him and Carolin Messier de Jiménez, the patrona and pastry chef, to be even more creative and welcoming.
