Chef-owner Joseph Jiménez de Jiménez is on a par with the best chefs of the Basque country. The pintxos (tapas) are an amazing taste sensation from a chef who is very creative and who will soon have a ""txoko"" (a little corner where gastromomic societies meet) that will allow him and Carolin Messier de Jiménez, the patrona and pastry chef, to be even more creative and welcoming. Pros: top-rated Basque chef, outstanding cuisine, excellent wines Cons: limited seating, limited parking
