I tried to purchase a Hitachi Plasma HDTV with matching stand. I was quoted great price, however the stand was backordered. The stand never arrived after a month of calls. The salesman used package pricing to get the sale but then did not deliver on the entire package. The piece that was not delivered was discounted 33%. I received refund for piece not delivered, but this means that a significant portion of the ""great"" price disappeared.
