I am a longtime client of Ummelina and certainly have experienced the odd appointment mix-up and abrupt treatment from the front desk. However, I consistently receive wonderful services that beat every other spa in town. I have also noticed that there has been a remarkeable change in turnover so the same friendly guides are there to greet me again and again. It has been a joy to experience the growth and change of this one of a kind spa.
