I kept asking myself, where is the rest of the merchandise? Most of the floors of women's clothing were very sparse. The men's store seemed to have more merchandise on one floor than the women's store on mulitple floors. The cosmetic department was almost a joke. I heard that it was a wonderful mecca, boy were they wrong! The service in the handbag department was great, very friendly and accomodating, can't say enough wonderful things about the man who helped me. My only complaint about service is in the shoe department on the third floor. They were not nearly as friendly as other salespeople I encountered and almost seemed to shoo (pardon the pun) me away when I asked a question. Not a great way to get a customer to come back. I will go elsewhere for shoes and most likely get a better selection.
