The warehouse-like ambiance and minimal service is part of the experience here, so don't go if you're looking for a nice, quiet meal. It's loud and a bit chaotic. But the food...we stuffed ourselves with three different dishes for about $12. You can't beat that, and everything was fresh, authentic and delicious. Next time I'm in town, I'm going back!
