Although we were seated quickly, service was slow. Several items were unavailable despite the early hour (5:30 pm). The kitchen got my order wrong and the waitress never told me, so I was fuming because everyone else at the table had almost finished. When I complained to a staff member, he said there was no reason to ""get in his face,"" though he did get the food out to me. Out of 3 ice- cream flavors, they were out of the one I ordered. Despite the fact that they deducted half the price of my entree and the full price of my ice-cream this was a disappointing experience. Service was so slow, and it took so long to get our check, I felt as though I had escaped by the time I left.
Pros: inexpensive, excellent desserts, reasonable selection
Cons: unprofessional staff, slow service, ran out of many items
