I hate taking my car to service departments because I'm usually in a hurry to get back to work (not much time with a 1 hr lunch break from mundelein)...but i went to LAP with a coupon for a discount on an oil change and they were awesome. Got in and out with no hassles. Was a little over an hour (including drive and of course lunch) so everything fit in nicely!
