With this kind of service, I wonder how they still remain in business, but based on most of these reviews here, not for long though. I have also had pretty painful experience trying to shop at P&P. I don't know if someone spoiled the woman's mood before I came or what but she was rude as hell. So rude, in fact, that I just decided to leave the store. I finished my shopping at another bridal store.
