I love the runner I bought from them. I've really had no problems. It looks perfect in my house and is exactly what I wanted!! I really would like to purchase the 9x12 rug, but it's a little too much for my budget right now. Next time there's a sale or discount, I'll be getting it. Thanks to them for great service!!
