Good: Hepp Sprinkler really took the time to work with me. We are all facing hard economical times and in my case I was somewhat limited financially. My system hasn't been working well for quite a while. The tech took the time to work with my budget and fix my system. I wish there were more companies around like this.. Other: The office was great at getting a tech out quickly. I appreciate their willingness to work me in when there was a cancellation. Mr. Hepp is always great to work with and has excellent customer service skills. Thanks Hepp Sprinkler!.
