Worst

$125 to replace one sprinkler head. Good service is available at REASONABLE prices. I'm guessing this business gets little repeat service calls.

Outstanding Company All the Way Around!!! 7/29/2010

We have been having issues with our sprinkler system for quite some time. To make matters worse, we have been trying to fix our system for quite some time. We have called the same company over and over again, to come out and continue regular service calls. Long story short, we have spent nearly $5,000 on repair work within the last 2 years. Don Hepp took the time to sit down with us and explain that we could have bought a new system for our yard for half that price. He also explained what the real issue was and that if we were dealing with a reputable company, they would have explained our issue (roots)! At the end of the day, Hepp Sprinkler was able to repair our system and we haven't had any issues to date. Additionally, he offered us a discount on a new system at an extremely reasonable price. Bottom line!! We will be going with Hepp Sprinkler from now on regarding repairs and new installations! Excellent Company! Finally - real and honest customer service! My husband and I highly recommend this company to anyone!!! more

Outstanding Company! 7/24/2010

I called Hepp Sprinkler to come out and take a look at my old sprinkler system. Not wanting to spend a ton of money at this point in time, I was a little hesitant. In lieu of that, I got a quote from Don (owner of Hepp Sprinkler) and several other sprinkler companies. I couldn't believe it! Not only did Don provide a better estimate than any of the others but he was willing to work with me and my current financial situation. It is about time that a company delivered a high quality product, while still offering to work within a customers means. I highly recommend this company, as they are honest and provide nothing but quality work! Thanks Hepp Sprinkler! more

I have been a customer of Hepp Sprinkler for over 10 years. This company continues to go above and beyond with customer service and quality work!! I always check with troubleshooter.com and the BBB before selecting a service provider. Hepp Sprinkler has had an outstanding reputation with both, since I have used them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for sprinkler work or a new sprinkler system. Excellent Company! more

stay far away from Hepp 6/28/2010

had to call out twice for one job and they wanted to charge me twice. now sprinkler system is all messed up and they refuse to fix it and threaten to take me to collection for second bill. more

Never again! 4/9/2010

Make sure you get an estimate BEFORE Hepp does any work for you! WOW - they are OVERPRICED!!!!! The quality of their work is really bad (cheap materials). Check out other sprinkler serives and your wallet will thank you later. more

Excellent Winterization Package 11/13/2009

Hepp Sprinkler just winterized my system and offered me a start up discount. Apparently they offer this package every year and it is a great cost savings! I agree with all of the positive feedback specified in this review. Excellent company! They really do care about their customers! more

Excellent Company - Willing to work with you in every way 7/14/2009

My sprinkler has been on the fritz over the past couple of weeks. You can imagine how nervous I was to get a quote for a repair. Hepp Sprinkler was recommended to me by my neighbor, so I gave them a shot. I also had several other companies give me an estimate and in some caswes they were twice as much as Hepp Sprinkler. The technician really listened to me and we were able to come up with a solution that worked really well for a great price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking. Great customer service, quality work and at a great price. All must haves! more

Great Company!! 6/22/2009

Good: Hepp Sprinkler really took the time to work with me. We are all facing hard economical times and in my case I was somewhat limited financially. My system hasn't been working well for quite a while. The tech took the time to work with my budget and fix my system. I wish there were more companies around like this.. Other: The office was great at getting a tech out quickly. I appreciate their willingness to work me in when there was a cancellation. Mr. Hepp is always great to work with and has excellent customer service skills. Thanks Hepp Sprinkler!. more

Good: This company is excellent. We are all facing hard econcomical times and I couldn't have ask for a better sprinkler company to hire. I have been having issues with my system for a while. Hepp Sprinkler was able to come out and repair the system within my budget. I plan to refer everyone that I know to this company.. Other: Mr. Hepp is a great guy. He has excellent customer service skills and is great to work with. The office was extremely helpful in getting my appointment set up in a timely manner. Excellent Company and Customer Service 6/21/2009

Good: Hepp Sprinkler goes above and beyond for their customers. They really took the time to work with us and our financial situation. Initially, we were able to do a cost effective repair and just lately had a new system installed. If you want sprinkler work done that is reliable, you HAVE to call Hepp Sprinkler.. Other: It is too bad that others have not had a good experience. I find that extremely hard to believe.. more

I've had the same experience with Hepp Sprinkler. Too bad, they used to be pretty good but now their customer service has really gone down hill. Especially their front office receptionist. She is extremely rude and difficult to work with. more

good service work 9/9/2005

Hepp sprinklers is a local sprinkler company. They have helped us us many times. I have them come out blow the sprinklers out for the winter. The prices are good. The owner has been out to give us an estimate on a new system. Mr. Hepp is a nice guy. We decided that to have a new system installed would not be cost effective. So he showed us what to do to improve the sprinkler system. It looks like winter is coming, better call Hepp. more
