Dr. Jimmie Harper is a great oral surgeon and it's relatively easy to get an appointment pretty quickly. His office has plenty of parking, but the waiting room is small and always seems to be packed. I guess it's because he's a popular doctor.
His exam rooms are large enough to get the job done and very clean. There's even a "recovery-room" of sorts on the premises for those who need it.
He offers NO2 and IV sedation when necessary (a big plus in my book!)
The ONLY complaint I have about his practice is that EVEN WITH INSURANCE you must pay 50% of the bill upfront (they "reimburse" you when they are paid by insurance). Unfortunately, for this reason, I only use him in extreme emergencies.
