TaiChi, the owner and sushi chef extraordinaire, has created a very cool, hip sushi joint in the heart of Fremont. His staff is cool, his restaurant is cool and he keeps his cool while creating amazing sushi pieces and rolls. This place is open late too- I think they serve dinner until 10pm! Don't miss the salmon he gets fresh - white salmon, sockeye,etc. And be sure to save room for a mochi- delish!
