One of the worst cable companys I've ever had to deal with. Huge rip off prices. Really sticking it to the consumers but there isn't any other competition in the area beside satellite. I ended up switching to a satellite system and I got a lot more stations and more premium stations for a cheaper price. Also saved myself some money in the process. Ofcoarse when I wanted to turn off my cable they wanted to give me the deal of a lifetime. $19.00 for 3 months plus a free movie channel. That was at the time. So obviously they can offer cheaper prices if they choose too. They obviously choose not to. The Customer Service people are the rudist and most incorrigable people I've ever had to speak with. Someone told me they have call centers in the prison. I really don't know if thats true or not. Just a rumor I heard. Wouldn't suprise me by the inept people I've had to deal with on the telephone.
