Awful customer service 8/6/2005

My husband and I made two big purchases here - his wedding band and a tennis bracelet for me. I had problems with the tennis bracelet falling off, so I took it in under the service plan they offered (which we paid for). They kept it for a few days to send it out to have the clasp fixed. I got it back, and had a problem with it within a week or two. I went back, and again they said they'd fix it. I got it back yet again, only to have it fall off and disappear. This was a sentimental piece given to me at our rehearsal dinner, so I was very upset. They said there was nothing I could do, even though it had only been 5 DAYS since they gave it back to me, saying it was fine. They told me that I must have been wearing it wrong (how do you do that?) They wouldn't replace it or do anything for me. They finally offered me a discount to replace the bracelet, but I found a much better jeweler to buy it from. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. The customer service is just terrible. more
