I have used this service on a few occasions and I haven't been overly impressed. It seems to me like it would be just as convenient doing the pick-up myself. I believe that the service is expensive and my food has always been cold upon arrival. I would use this service as a last resort (the employees have always been friendly) but I wouldn't choose to call this business again.
