We use Waiter express a few times a month and just love it. They are almost always earlier than they quote you for time and they keep the food in a special bag so it stays hot. We love having Michales or Victorias delivered. more

Horrible customer service 1/29/2013

I ordered food there and got sick. When I called back to let them know they claimed I wasn't telling the truth. It took over a week talking to quite a few people to just get a partial refund, even though I threw up all their food. Would never order from again. more

Never have to leave your home. 3/21/2006

Having a business to pick up your food from places that do not offer delivery service. They dress very professionally and I have had great luck with their service. It is a little extra money since you need to pay for the service on top of the meal itself, but it is worth it in the end. I would recommend their services for people would are busy, need an extra hand, or just need something delivered. more

Will Do in a Pinch 8/3/2005

I have used this service on a few occasions and I haven't been overly impressed. It seems to me like it would be just as convenient doing the pick-up myself. I believe that the service is expensive and my food has always been cold upon arrival. I would use this service as a last resort (the employees have always been friendly) but I wouldn't choose to call this business again. more
