I know several people including myself who have had nothing but problems with this credit union. In one instance we deposited a check that was supposed to go into our checking account that got deposited into our savings account causing multiple overdrafts and fees . This should not have really been a problem since our savings was supposed to be our overdraft . Turns out they never set it up that way. My husband tried to update his address at least 5 times and still does not get all of his mail from them , so we never got one overdraft notice from them and only found out we had bounced checks by getting mail from the rental agency where we rent our home from. When we explained what happened SRP didn't offer to refund a single fee.
