I was calling around recently to find the best deal on carpet. I was curious what it would cost to install the carpet and was unsure how much I would need. I called Eckard's and was surprised that they would not come to the house and give me an estimate until I came to the store and chose the carpet. It did not make sense to me, and my husband noe refuses to do business with them.
