In addition to the poor hours, The staff are all student volunteers who upon every visit respond to requests like deer in headlights. Nobody has a business card, and only offer wharton email addresses as a means of contacting the President, a wharton student who has the most seniority- 4 + yrs! I was told the "board" meets on the weekend and communicates or chats regularly via email. I opened a small savings account for my newborn, which they have fined down to $10 from inactivity! Isn't the point of a saving account to put money in and leave it?! I have been waiting 3 months for a response to my request for a refund.
