Had laminated floors installed in my family room. Sent with Luna for their low price. What a mistake. After a couple of months the floor started bubbling up. I called Luna and it took three weeks for Luna finally to call me back to schedule someone to come out. After looking at the problem they called me back two weeks later to say that it was my fault that I did not clean up spills and it will cost $600 to replace a couple of boards. We have always cleaned up spills and besides we have laminate floors in our kitchen and they get more spills and they did not bubble up. I complained again and they sent out another inspector. I never heard back from them. Now my floors a bubbling up in other places. Needless to say I will never go back to Luna. more
