Mountainside Fitness in Scottsdale has a wonderful, friendly staff. It is a large gym with plenty of equipment. It also has an on site spa and chiropractor. But the best thing is the child care - they offer childcare while you work out at the gym. The staff is very loving and learns your child's name. My kids are always excited when I say lets go to the gym. The gym offers a variety of classes, weights and new technology machines. So far I have stuck to the treadmill and the elliptical machine, tried the weights a couple of times. But I love it. Definitely try this place if you are a stay at home mom looking for some exercise.
