Sometimes busier than others. It opened in San Mateo (Bridgepointe) about 4 months ago and my friends and I went in the first week. The wait was like an hour and a half and they were working out the kinks, but they were also passing out free pizza to people who were waiting. We were a group of 10 and they comp'ed us on appetizers. The bruschetta and spinach artichoke dip are really good. The pizza is deep dish and somewhat greasy, but good. The children's pizza is just like regular pizza, but smaller. So often, even at a pizza place, the kid's pizza is a microwave and go thing. We usually go at lunchtime and it's busy, but the wait is less than 15 minutes.
