My dog spent 4 weeks with Bend Pet Resort, he usually is nervous about new people and places, he was nervous when we arrived, the staff came and greeted him as we let him out of the car and he was apprehensive at first, they were slow and gentle with him and they had treats hidden in their pockets so he started sniffing for them, they had asked if he could have one and I said yes he would love one. He got treats and they walked him back and got him all organized with his boarding room, I chose the luxury suite with the smart TVs so he could have some entertainment if not for the background sound so he could feel at home. They sent me photos every few days when I asked, he looked pretty dang happy playing with all of the other dogs & going on hikes. When I picked him up, he did not want to get in my car. He always just jumps in.. this small gesture ment he was content here. He usually does not like going to the vet office or dog parks. We'll it has been 3 weeks since our stay & i have taken him to several dog parks and he plays and acts like a normal dog! That time he spent changed him in to a confident dog. He has also stopped pulling kn the leash during walks. I will update this review as I see other changes
I have already booked my 2 week stay for Thanksgiving!
