This place was highly recommended by a friend, and I've used them probably 4 times in the last 3 years. After the 2nd or 3rd visit, I noticed a healing wound on one of my dogs legs that wasn't brought to my attention when I picked him up. Either they didn't know about it (then why am I paying them?) or they did know and didn't tell me. I chalked it up to my dog being active and maybe they just missed it-- it wasn't a major injury. But then, the last time, when I picked my dogs up, one had urinated on her bedding so it had to be washed (to their credit, they washed it), but that NEVER happens. Ever. That dog would explode before she would urinate inside, unless she had absolutely no choice. What that tells me is that she was left inside far, far too long. But even worse was one of my other dogs, who had a very obvious (could not be missed) puncture wound on the top of his head. They told me they cleaned it with iodine (they specifically said "the red stuff"), which I know wasn'
